164 THE POOLS WITH ATTRACTIONS They are the all sorts of pools which are equipped with various water games and slide components. Their dephts are not more than 1.10m and they aim to create entertainment in the water by air-water actions. It’s hygiene and filtration conditions and design criterions are determined by the standartds. Operations of the attractions for example underwater massage stations, bottom sprayers, flow channels, countercurrent facilities etc. must be performed by only pool water or clean water. When the system is inoperative, in the water which is in contact with the pool water ora ir fitting and channels, a flow must be supplied by clean water or pool water. It is not required for small water fittings. WATER SLIDE POOLS The pools for water slide must have. 1.0 m depht and at least 4.0x6.0 m water area. Only clean water or pool water must be used water slides. CHILDREN POOLS They are the pools for 0-5 years old children who can’t swim but can get into the pool with their parents. Their dephts are determined (their depths are between 30 cm and 50 cm and for the hotels, this depth is determined as 35 cm) by the rules. The depths for these pools mustn’t be more than 0.5 m and the pools must have private water preparation facility. HOT WATER MASSAGE POOLS In the massage pools, the hot water is becomes foaming by pushing of the air and people can get in them one by one or together. Continuous clean water circulation is available in them and them and their temperatures are at most 37°C. HOT WATER MASSAGE POOLS ( PRIVATE) The private massage pools are designed to prevent their users to pass to other pool facilities. Sitting place of the customers in the pool must be arranged obsiously. At least 0.4 m³ of water must be stipulated for each sitting place. Their volumes must be at least 1.6 m³ and the depht must be at most 1.0m. The water volumes according to the sitting places are presented in the following table: THERAPY POOLS These pools ar efor the swimmers (fort he hospitals, clinic etc.) who are under a high infection threat. The water depth must be at most 1.35 cm and the water temperature must be approximately 35°C. Design of the pool must be properly designed in accordance with the therapy method and it must allow any intervention. The therapy pools must have a water preparation facility with ozone step. ACTION POOLS They are the pools prepared by special hygiene conditions. Water depth in the action ( exercise) pools must be at most 1.3 m and these pools must have a water preparation facility with ozone step.
